Combi Boiler Reviews by Manufacturer
Baxi's combination boilers or "Combis" offer consumers some of the most energy efficient currently available in the UK. Baxi have a selection of Combi models to suit the buyer's household size and requirements. Combis are increasingly popular for domestic usage for several important reasons. Combis directly heat water from the mains on-demand, thereby removing the need to install a large water tank and making Combis more straightforward to install. This water heating and central heating procedure is also highly energy efficient and can reduce energy bills by a significant chunk and minimise the emission of environmentally harmful gasses.
Baxi manufacture a range of Combis: the Baxi Platinum Combi, the Baxi Duo-tec Combi HE, the Baxi Combi Instant and the Baxi Combi 105. All of the Baxi Combis are produced to very strict regulations and are tested using high-tech equipment to ensure reliability. Baxi's confidence in their products are reflected in the five year warranty that comes with the Platinum Combi and the efficiency, user-friendly technology and ease of installation of the Baxi Duo-tec Combi led to it being named Best Buy in a boiler report conducted by the Which? Magazine. Baxi Combis come in a selection of outputs from about 24kW up to 40kW. They are also highly efficient and the Platinum Combi and Duo-tec Combi are A-rated under the SEDBUK ("Seasonal Efficiency in Domestic Boilers in the United Kingdom") guidelines meaning they are more than 90% efficient. Baxi's Combis are designed with a range of consumers in mind but simple and straightforward controls and intelligently manufactured units ensure that their Combis are easy to operate, control and install.
