Ideal excel HE Reviews (Combi Condensing)

Ideal excel HE
Available in three models, one which offers a high output of 32kW, the Ideal excel HE offers a reliable and robust system to a range of housing sizes, depending on individual need. One of the most easy to install boilers available on the market today, the Ideal excel HE offers a wide range of flueing options which allow for a good range of flexibility when siting the unit.
Visually, the Ideal excel HE is crisp and modern, with the classic white casing and the small grey panel at the bottom of the unit concealing the major controls. Included with these controls are a set of diagnostic lights, which will keep the user informed of the current status of the units, and inform when a service or maintenance is needed. Although a little larger than some boiler systems, it still can be easily wall-mounted to fit in-between kitchen units without looking too bulky or out of place. An Ideal condensate pump kit is available to fit with the unit when wishing to install it into more difficult areas. The boiler itself is fan-flued and requires no ventilation.
- SEDBUK Class B
- Wide range of flueing options allow easy installation
- Ideal condensate pump kit required for difficult areas
- Offers a 7 day electronic timer kit, or a 24 hour mechanical kit to fit into the control panel.
- Provision of heating and hot water is modulated to maintain good energy efficiency
- Maximum DHW outputs will range from 23.4kW up to 32kW which deliver flows up to a maximum of 9.6 to 13.1 l/min at 35°C temperature rise, depending on the model.
* When review applies to a range of boilers, efficiency applies to best model in range. Always check with manufacturer.
