Baxi Combination Instant HE

Baxi's Combination Instant HE range is made up of two different boilers; the 80 and the 105. The main difference between the two models is the output. The 105 is a more powerful boiler, suited to larger properties. The range is aimed at those looking for a high-efficiency boiler in the home.

Baxi have used the familiar design from their standard instant-combination models and retained many of their features in this high efficiency range. Baxi's tried and tested successful methods have been directly implemented into this HE selection.

  • The 80 HE has a flow rate of 9.8 litres per minute and a modulating output of 10.1kW all the way to 25.2kW
  • The 105 HE has a flow rate of 12.1 litres per minute and a large modulating ouput of 11.3kW to 31kW.
  • SEDBUK 'B' rated to comply with the new high efficiency legislation – 87.3% efficiency ensures very little energy is wasted.
  • Instantaneous hot water available at any time – absolute convenience for any household.
  • Optional integral timer – can make programming less hassle and even easier.
  • Wall plate and pre-plumbing kit ensure a simple installation – also to speed up fixing and maintenance.
  • Low noxious gas emissions making the range environmentally friendly – Class 3 (5 being the best).
  • Boilers can be located in unventilated compartments and cupboards – flexibility when situating.
  • Extensive range of flueing options available for both models – superb flue versatility.
  • Uncomplicated user controls and status indicators easy to access but also aptly hidden away.
  • Both boilers are WRAS approved (water regulations advisory scheme).

An absolute waste of money. needed a new pressure vessel just after the warrenty ran out. I had nothing but problems with it the whole time even after this new pressure vessel was installed. now the preheat is faulty and the boiler won't start up,makes a gurgling sound. Looks like i need a new boiler, but it won't be a baxi!!
