I'll give this boiler 5 stars cus (touches wood) have had no probs in 2 years with it. Other than heat exchanger clogging which is a common problem on combi boilers. The amount of control over the settings is brilliant. The default setting for power is 60% of the available 30KW...this is not necessary for my home and can be set to 30% thus saving fuel....and money! I have an outdoor sensor attached so on really cold days -3 the thermostat sets to 80 C and mild days 11 C it'll set to about 55 C...saving more money!! Hot water is good and can be reduced also...I have mine set to 45 C which is plenty. Its very quite. All the main internal parts that may need to be replaced are easy to get at and are held in place with spring clips. All made of plastic it appears so corrosion kept at a minimum. Spares are not as cheap as compared to say a baxi though being imported from Italy. So so far I can't complain...it will fail though so when it does we will see how easy it is to repair
