As I understand it the Biasi Garda range of boilers are the same as the Biasi Riva range of boilers ? fitted a few of the Gardas but mostly Rivas , seem reliable , but as I understand it Biasi use service agents to repair there boilers during any guarantee breakdowns , imformation i 've recieved from Biasi suggests that the service agents are not representing Biasi when carrying out these repairs this may have certain consequences for the installer/customer that they are unaware of ? ,asked Biasi for comfirmation on the 10.8.09,no response to date , would advise that you seek confirmation before purchasing!I reported an intermittent fault with a sensor to them ,and I was told , (and I quote)'You will have to tell your customer to contact us directly when the fault becomes permanent' (Biasi U.K.Ltd 10.50a.m 8th april 2008!
